Nissan updates its popular Altima Coupe – the 2 door and 5 passenger family coupe for 2010 model year. The fresh 2010 Altima Coupe visually gets the same upgrades in interior options and purchase packages as the 2010 Altima sedan and hybrid. For all trims, enhancement appears in its new restyled hood, new grille, new front bumper, new wheels (17-inch alloy wheel designs and 18-inch with Michelin P235/45R18 tires for the 3.5 SR models), and new exterior colors options (Crimson Black, Navy Blue and Ocean Gray).
